- 5km Run/Walk – work your way up to running for 5 minutes and walking 1 minute for 5km with Lisa Lawson
- Run/Walk Level 2– Start at 5&1 and work up to 8 & 1 with Thomas Moran
- Fun & Fitness – run 10 minutes and walk 1 for 30-45 minutes with Jodi Dawson
- Intermediate – maintain fitness and keep things fun with group trail runs, hills, fartlek runs with Jacinda Riley
- Race Ready Intermediate – Speedwork, hills, intervals, pace work with Scott & Tracy
