5km Run/Walk – Work your way up to completing a 5km with our walk/run progression
Fun and Fitness- Work towards maintaining your fitness through regular training, occasional walk breaks. 5-7km per night.
Intermediate – Introduction to Speedwork (must have a 1 year running base)
Tempo – Train with Speed / Hills / Intervals / Pace Runs
