Intermediate- hills or speed depending on the weather. Runner’s split up into 2 different groups according to pace.
Beginner Run Group-A walk / run progression which will have you running 5 minutes, walking 1 minute for 5 or more km
Fun and Fitness – run 10 minutes and walk for 1 min
Saturday 7:30am
Typically longer runs ranging from 10-20km or more.
