- Power Walk for Fitness-fast paced walking
5km Run/Walk – Work your way up to completing a 5km with our walk/run progression
10km Group- Work towards completing a 10km in November or just maintain your fitness through regular training
Intermediate – Introduction to Speedwork (must have a 1 year running base)
Advanced – Train with Speed / Hills / Intervals / Pace Runs
