- Power Walk for Fitness – fast paced walking
- Level 1 Walk/Run – Progress from 4 minute walk / 1 minute run to 1 minute walk / 5 minute run. Great if you are a new runner or returning from an injury.
- Level 2 Walk/Run – Progress from 1 minute walk / 5 minutes run to 1 minute walk / 10 minutes run
- Fun & Fitness – Maintain your fitness and challenge yourself with some hills while having fun.
- Intermediate/Advanced – Hill running, pace runs, intervals
