Tuesday Morning Track Workouts
Tuesday mornings at 6:00AM at Victoria Park Track (Julie McArthur Rec Centre) we will do a track workout that is focused on building speed for a faster 5km. Everyone is welcome to try. Please arrive at the track with your warm up completed. The warm up should be 10-15 minutes of easy running. We will lead you through a few drills and strides and then begin the workout, which will be posted on our facebook page weekly. Please come with water and a watch to time your laps. The workouts will continue into August (August 20th will be the last one) until the Fall Clinic begins on August 26th.
