Easy Group Run- or hills or speed depending on the weather. Runner’s split up into 2 different groups according to pace.

Beginner Run Group-A walk / run progression which will have you running 5 minutes, walking 1 minute for 5 or more km

Beginner Run Group Level 2-A continuation of the beginner run group.

Typically longer runs ranging from 10-20km or more.

Runner’s Den Annual Membership includes:
