Beginner Run Level 2 – Start at 5&1 and work up to 8 & 1 with Thomas Moran
Fun & Fitness – Love running with a group? Want running to be fun? This is your group with Jodi Dawson
Intermediate – maintain fitness and keep things fun with group trail runs, fartlek runs and hills with Jacinda Riley
Intermediate Level 2 – Runs with paces between 5-5:30 min per km with Tracy and Scott
