Meet Monday and Wednesday 5:30pm:

What is it?

Group runs splitting up into 4 different run pace groups with a leader who takes you on a planned route.  

Group 1-Depending on the time of year we include hill work, track work or interval training.  Group 2 - Fun & Fitness Group 3-Easy runs doing 5 & 1 run/walk working up to 10 & 1.  Group 4-Beginner Run Clinic

Saturday Mornings 7:30am

Meet at the store on Saturday mornings for a longer group run lasting 60-90-120 minutes

Beginner Run Clinics

Three times per year we offer beginner run clinics which are a walk/run progression to safely get you running 5 & 1 at the end of the 12 week clinic.
