Spring Clinic Wrap up 2024

What an amazing group of runners we had this session! The spring clinic ended with our annual “Guess Your Time Run” and 30 degree heat! Congratulations to Barry Mellish who won this year’s event in a personal best time of 25:21, with a guess of 25:19 – only 2 seconds off his prediction. It’s been quite a journey for Barry who started running with us in the learn to run group back in the fall of 2022. He has already run the around the bay road race this year as well as his first marathon! At the age of 72 he is quite an inspiration, reminding us that it is never too late to start something new!
