5km Run/Walk – Work your way up to completing a 5km with our walk/run progression- this is a continuation of the 8 week beginner program offered in August 2020. – Meet on Monday and Wednesday’s at 5:30pm
Fun and Fitness- Work towards maintaining your fitness through regular training, occasional walk breaks. 5-7km per night. – Meet on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm
Intermediate – Introduction to Speedwork (must have a 1 year running base) – Meet on Monday and Wednesdsay at 5:30pm
Tempo – Train with Speed / Hills / Intervals / Pace Runs – Meet on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm
