- Power Walk for Fitness-fast paced walking
- 5km run/walk group – Progress from walking 4 minutes / 1 minute run to 1 minute walking / 5 minutes run
- Fun & Fitness – maintain your fitness and have fun doing it! Throw in a few hill repeats and some ’fartlek’ runs to keep things interesting
- Intermediate – Train for a half marathon. Includes speed training, tempo runs.
- Advanced – Speed, hills, intervals, pace runs
