2026 Running Clinics
We offer three running clinics per year. Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm. You can sign up for the winter, spring, or fall clinic for $79.99 or sign up for all three clinics in January for $189.99. Clinics are 12 weeks in duration and you receive 15% off all purchases for the duration of the clinic. (some exclusions). All abilities welcome! Special event night’s including test runs with brands like Asics, New Balance and On. Pub runs, guess your time events, and sample nights with Thrive nutrition. Here is a breakdown of the groups:
Winter Clinic – January 5 – March 25, 2026
Beginner Run Group – Gradual progression of walking / running, making this training program challenging yet safe in it’s approach with Lisa Lawson.
Fun & Fitness – Work towards a spring race or just come out and run for fun and fitness with Jodi Dawson.
Beginner Run Level 2 – If you prefer a walk break scheduled into the runs to work on either speed or if you need that walk break to gain fitness Thomas will start you off with 6 min run / 1 min walk and take you up to 10 & 1. With Thomas Moran.
Intermediate/Advanced – Led by Jacinda Riley and Tracy & Scott. Hills or speed weather depending. Split up into two different groups depending on pace.
Spring Clinic – April 6 – June 24, 2026 and Fall Clinic – Sept. 7 – Nov.25, 2026
Beginner Run Group – Work your way up to running 5 minutes and walking 1 minute for 5km with Lisa Lawson
Beginner Run Level 2 – Start at 5&1 and work up to 8 & 1 with Thomas Moran
Fun & Fitness – Love running with a group? Want running to be fun? This is your group with Jodi Dawson
Intermediate – maintain fitness and keep things fun with group trail runs, fartlek runs and hills with Jacinda Riley
Intermediate Level 2 – Runs with paces between 5-5:30 min per km with Tracy and Scott
Each Saturday morning are open runs at 7:30am – These are drop in runs open to all. Distances range anywhere from 5km-35km depending on the training schedules.
