- Power Walk for Fitness-fast paced walking
- Zero to Hero Run/Walk-Go from zero to running for 5 minutes and walking 1 minute
- 10&1 Run/Walk-Begin at 8 minutes running, 1 minute walk and advance to 10 & 1 over 12 weeks
- Fun & Fitness-Social Running – must be able to maintain a 6:30/km pace
- Intermediate-Introduction to Speedwork
- Advanced-Speed, hills, intervals, pace runs
